I have been working as youth worker and support worker in Helping solution for about half a year and I have really loved all the new experiences I was able to gain with help of helping solution. The company provides their workers with a beautiful working environment and are really supportive. I was able to heighten my punctuality and integrity even more after working with the company. It also showered me with new knowledges as it everyday was an opportunity to learn more. I am really grateful for family like company especially for foreign worker like me. And a big shoutout to the wonderful and dedicated office staff who have always guided the front worker through the time of difficulty and for being there almost promptly whenever in need.And through this wonderful organisation, many clients were availed to many services which helped provide them with comfort and worked towards achieving their personal goals. The diversity of clients and being able to reach out to so many is mind blowing.I recommend this company to anyone who wants find a home like company for their family members, relatives and friends. They provide different services and you won’t regret it.

I’ve been in the support worker industry for 15 years and have worked with Helping Solutions for 12 fantastic months.Helping Solutions are so good to me. They match me to the participant and vice versa.I can accept or reject work and am not made to feel bad.Such a wonderful, family orientated company. I don’t want to work anywhere else.

I have been working with Helping Solutions for over a year.I feel like I have grown in to a more experienced worker that can help fulfill, achieve and deliver the best service I can as a support worker and for that I have my co workers and office workers to thank.The office always goes above and beyond to help and assist us whilst out on the field. We have been with the helping solution over a year now almost two years.We will always get a support worker whenever we needed one for my sister. I have been through others providers in the past but they don't compare to Helping Solutions. My carers from Helping Solutions are on time and if ever running late I get a courtesy call from them informing me which I really appreciate. My carers care about me and try go above and beyond to assist me. I am on the road to recovery and building my life to where I need to be with the care of Helping Solutions.

I have been with Helping Solutions since the beginning of the year.They have matched me with awonderful support worker, and we go to the shops and buy ingredients and come home, and she cooks meals for me, then cleans all the dishes, and puts them in containers for me, and when my back starts to hurt we watch scary movies, which we both enjoy.And we have good chats.I recommend Helping Solutions, they are a wonderful company, which has really looked after my needs.
