Payes lower than the national standard wages.Sells the offer of perminant residency but doesnt fulfill its offer for so many staff.And an in house visa agent who doesnt do the work payed to do on visa applications.Anybody who thinks ready resources is a good company knows nothing about the industry... disgraceful employer. With an advertised family feel8ng that just isn't reality.

My partner had an online interview with ready resources and advised them what tickets he had. The recruiter advised him to come into the office and provide all documents, organise start date and confirmed he didn't need any other courses. Arrived after a 40 minute commute, to be told by the office staff that he requires more courses. Very unprofessional not knowing what is required. Don't waste people's time.

Commenced recruitment process with RR and the team of recruiters there are appalling. Disorganised and unprofessional to the point where they couldn't give me a straight answer as to what courses I would be studying for the apprenticeship role they are offering. How hard is it to give a straight forward answer?
