This morning I called at Spudshed Spearwood and spoke briefly to a lady with a lanyard around her neck who at the time appeared as though she held a senior position in the store.I wanted to let Spudshed know that your advertising materials are regularly being dumped in the recycling bins at the property I am the caretaker of and the distributor should be made aware that they are not meeting their obligation to deliver them to households.She made it known to me that she wasn’t interested and that I “need to let Head Office know.” Actually I don’t need to let anyone know but I thought it would be helpful to bring it to your attention.

Been waiting for a call back for 6hrs. I think you need better staff . Service from head office is absolutely non existent. Disgraceful.
